We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, used sleep masks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
